What to include
Compound (INCI or common name), quantity in grams, destination country, and any COA lines your specification requires. Attach your own specification sheet if you have one.
What happens after you write
- Reply with the lot COA and a quotation The certificate of analysis for the lot that would ship, the SDS if requested, and the figure for your quantity and destination.
- Specification and payment confirmed The lead-time window starts here: typically 3–7 days for a sample or small lot, 10–14 days for a standard lot, 14–18 days for a larger lot.
- Cold-chain dispatch Weighed, sealed, labelled with the lot number, packed with gel packs in an insulated box, tracking shared on dispatch.
Scope reminder
This desk handles raw materials only: bulk powder from five grams with a lot COA and SDS. Requests for finished products, branded finished goods or custom peptide synthesis are outside its scope and will be answered with a short note saying so.
